I like Cereal!!

I love cereal. When I want a snack... I often choose cereal... when I am home alone and it is time to eat.... cereal it is.... So, I was just wondering... what is your favorite kind of cereal?
Is it Fruit Loops, Shredded Wheat, Raisin Bran, Rice Crispies, Chex, Frosted Mini-Wheats, Honeycomb.... or something else?
YUM.... I think I will have a bowl right now!

Do you know that if you eat a bowl of cereal more than three times a week, (unless it's fiber cereal) you will gain 8 pounds a year!

If you eat a banana a day, you will gain 10 pounds in a year!

"Healthy" isn't always so healthy!
Be careful with your cereal, like I said, unless your eating pure fiber cereals, and who likes those?

My personal favorite is Lucky Charms!

Mmmm... that is interesting. Does it matter if you work out everyday? I can't imagine gaining 8 lbs a year just by eating cereal when I work out as much as I do!

I don't like the all-fiber stuff... it looks and smells like cat food.

It's absolutely true. The truth of the matter is that you can work out, burn calories, but if your not working out 6 to 7 hours a day - you won't burn nearly enough to minus a daily helping (most cereal bowls are two to three servings in size, not just one)of sugar cereal. My father is a nutritionist, and the most fit 56 year old around my area. I cut out sugary cereal on his advice and lost 15 pounds, and two sizes in four weeks. It's worth it, trust me! I eat an egg white only spinch omelet every morning, because I totally agree with you on the fiber cereal. It looks, and smells like cat food, cheap cat food!

I am in an anti-cereal phase right now, I don't know why because I generally like it. However many of my tastes have been weird lately.

However, in general my favorites are Maple and Brown Sugar Frosted Mini Wheats and Lucky Charms. I don't eat Lucky Charms often (even when I do eat cereal) but they are awesome.

I like it, and I like to talk about the things and the people I like! I am just thankful that I am a person that likes certain foods a lot, and yet I am healthy and not obese! Some people can't find balance... but I enjoy the foods that I like, and stop when I have had enough.

I like those fiber cereals. All Bran yougurt bites is soooo yum! It is healthy but has a hint of sweetness. I also love Raisin Bran! I also love Kashi brand cereal. Have you tried that? Fiber cereal is great and totally not cat food! Man this is making me want cereal for dinner.... I don't know how Brandon would feel about that. :)

Cracklin Oat Bran is great to snack on right out of the box. It's healthy, crunching and sweet....

I LOVE Captain Crunch Crunch Berries, but it has to be the original kind, red berries ONLY please.
Another question to ponder, do you put milk on your cereal???
My husband doesn't, and won't and neither does some of his kin.
